1.3 All Sales Final

All sales are final, and we maintain a strict no-return policy. Refunds, exchanges, or credits are not offered under any circumstances.

Amazon Mystery Boxes

2.1 Product Description

Amazon Mystery Boxes are unopened boxes of assorted merchandise sourced from Amazon. The contents of each box are random and may include new, used, damaged, or incomplete items. We do not inspect or sort the contents, making the purchase a gamble with the potential for high rewards.

2.2 Risk of Purchase

By purchasing an Amazon Mystery Box, you understand and agree that:

– The contents are entirely unknown to SCD Sales and Liquidation and the buyer.

– There is no guarantee of value, quality, or usability of the items within the box.

– The purchase is made at your own risk, with no recourse for refunds or returns.

2.3 All Sales Final

As with all other products, Amazon Mystery Boxes are sold as-is with no returns, exchanges, or refunds. By completing your purchase, you accept these terms.

3. Pallet Sales

3.1 Unmanifested Pallets

Pallets sold as unmanifested are exactly that—unmanifested. This means that we do not know the specific items included in the pallet. The price reflects this uncertainty.

3.2 As-Is Sales

All pallets are sold as-is, with no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the condition, quality, functionality, or completeness of the items included. Buyers assume all risks associated with the purchase.

4. Truckload Sales

4.1 Unmanifested Truckloads

Truckloads sold as unmanifested are exactly that—unmanifested. This means that we do not know the specific items included in the truckload. The price reflects this uncertainty.

4.2 As-Is Sales

All truckloads are sold as-is, with no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the condition, quality, functionality, or completeness of the items included. Buyers assume all risks associated with the purchase.

4.3 All Sales Final

As with all other products, truckloads are sold as-is with no returns, exchanges, or refunds. By completing your purchase, you accept these terms.

5.1 Order Processing

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory errors, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
